Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for Xpera subscriptions.
Last updated: November 7, 2026
1. Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.
2. 14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with Xpera, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, whether you subscribed monthly or annually. No reason is required.
Annual renewals can also be refunded in full if you request it within 14 days of the renewal charge.
3. After the refund window
After the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
We may refund outside this window at our discretion, for example in the case of a billing error or an extended service outage.
4. How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund:
- email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout, or
- contact Paddle directly through paddle.net, using the link in your receipt email.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
5. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, either from the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund past payments outside the refund window.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
